CrazyTown Assistant is a private, single-user tool run by Michael Saila on his own home server. It is not offered to anyone else and has no other users.
With the owner's permission it has read-only access to the owner's own Gmail accounts (scope gmail.readonly). It reads the sender, subject, date and a short text snippet of unread inbox messages. It cannot send, delete, move or change any mail, and it never reads attachments or full message bodies.
The sender, subject and snippet are sent to Anthropic's Claude API only to rate how important each message is and suggest what to do. The snippet is deleted as soon as the message has been rated. Only the sender, subject, date and the rating are kept, on the owner's server, and are deleted after 30 days.
The data is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. It is stored only on the owner's home server, which is not reachable from the internet.
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
